Membership Info

No mercy sports training

This Membership Policy outlines how our monthly training memberships work, including billing, attendance, cancellations, and program placement.

Membership Overview

No Mercy Sports Training group programs operate on a monthly membership basis. Memberships help us reserve athlete spots, maintain capped group sizes, and deliver a consistent training experience.

Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise stated.

What Your Membership Includes

    •    Enrollment in the selected training program

    •    A reserved spot in the scheduled weekly session

    •    Access to training for the full billing month

    •    Consistent scheduling and capped group sizes

Training sessions, days, and times are program-specific and communicated in advance.

Membership Billing & Payments

    •    Memberships are billed monthly through our booking system

    •    Payments are processed automatically on the billing date

    •    Group training payments are not accepted via cash, Zelle, PayPal or walk-in methods

Memberships must remain active to attend group training sessions.

Attendance & Missed Sessions

    •    Memberships are based on reserved time, not attendance

    •    Missed sessions are not refundable

    •    Make-ups are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of No Mercy Sports Training

We recommend consistent attendance to maximize athlete development.

Cancellations & Changes

    •    Memberships may be canceled with advance notice prior to the next billing cycle

    •    Cancellations must be completed through the booking system or in writing

    •    Once a billing cycle has begun, that month’s membership is non-refundable

Failure to attend does not constitute cancellation.

Program Placement & Progression

Athletes are placed into programs based on:

    •    Age

    •    Experience

    •    Skill readiness

    •    Coach evaluation

Movement between programs is recommendation-based, not automatic.

There is no requirement for athletes to move up if the current program continues to meet their needs.

First Sessions & Assessments

New athletes may be required to complete a first session or assessment prior to enrolling in a membership to ensure proper program placement.

Completion of a first session does not guarantee placement if a program is at capacity.

Referral Credits

    •    Referral credits are issued when a referred athlete completes their first paid training session

    •    Credits are applied to the referring family’s account

    •    Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

    •    Referral credits apply to eligible training services

Terms and eligibility apply.

Coach & Schedule Changes

From time to time:

    •    Coaches may be reassigned

    •    Schedules may be adjusted

    •    Programs may be modified to improve quality

We will always communicate changes in advance whenever possible.

Our Commitment

No Mercy Sports Training is committed to:

    •    Clear communication

    •    Positive coaching environments

    •    Athlete-first development

    •    Fair and consistent policies
